The firm

Three partners and an associate, in one office

Each partner leads a group, and every matter has two of us on it. All four of us work from Pearl Street, a short walk from the courthouses on Niagara Square.

    Associate · Discovery and arbitration

Runs document review and depositions across the firm's cases, and is often the second name on a file.

Why two lawyers on every matter

A lawsuit can run a year or more. Lawyers get sick, go on trial in other cases and take vacations. When a court moves a hearing up by a week, your case shouldn't wait for one person to come back.

So every file has a lead partner, who makes the decisions with you, and a second lawyer who reads everything that comes in. Hiba Qassem runs discovery across the firm, which means the person who knows your documents best is always in the building.

You'll meet both of your lawyers before you sign anything, and you'll have both direct lines.

Find out who would lead your case

Tell us what the dispute is about, and we'll tell you which partner would take it and who would be second.
